ICI Homes, Florida's Custom Home Builder, is seeking an experienced Customer Service
- Warranty Superintendent to join our Jacksonville Warranty Team.

This position plays a critical role in delivering the exceptional customer experience that ICI Homes is known for. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for resolving homeowner concerns with professionalism and urgency.

The Customer Service
- Warranty Superintendent is responsible for managing warranty-related service requests, coordinating repairs, and ensuring all work is completed according to ICI Homes' quality standards.

• Review warranty requests and inspect homes to determine warranty eligibility.
• Diagnose issues and develop effective solutions for warranty claims.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and trade partners to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of repairs.
• Review and approve subcontractor pay requests.
• Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on homeowner appointments until all warranty work is completed and signed off.
• Maintain regular communication with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal construction personnel.
• Build and maintain positive relationships while providing outstanding customer service.
• Ensure all warranty-related activities are documented accurately and completed efficiently.

• Experience in residential construction, warranty service, or construction management.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction practices, building codes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.
• Proficiency with computers, smartphones, and common business software applications.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions using discretion and judgment.

• Must possess reliable transportation and a valid Florida driver's license.
• Must have personal tools necessary for jobsite evaluations.
• Ability to perform field inspections and work in various weather conditions.
• Comfortable using ladders, levels, and other site evaluation tools.
• Ability to spend the majority of work time in the field with some administrative work performed in an office setting.
