Full-time, mixed practice opportunity for an experienced, compassionate, and thoughtful physician Responsible for delivering exceptional patient care while leading and educating a growing team Involved in expanding hospice and palliative care services across the region

Shared responsibilities include:
Providing support to hospice interdisciplinary group Delivering direct care to patients in inpatient hospice units Serving as attending physician on the hospital-based palliative care team Join a 45-year-old not-for-profit organization committed to compassionate, patient-centered care Organization supports an average daily census of 800 patients across Volusia, Flagler, Orange, and Osceola counties Includes care delivery across four freestanding inpatient hospice units

Minimum Requirements:

Must be ABMS/AOA Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hospice and Palliative Medicine Must hold US citizenship or permanent residency

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification/Licensure in the state of Florida and Federal DEA Certification. Medical Degree - M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent. Completion of an accredited residency program.
