The facility is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist to join a busy and well‑established outpatient behavioral health department in Daytona Beach, Florida.

This full‑time, permanent opportunity offers flexible office hours, a supportive interdisciplinary environment, and limited call (telephone only). The position provides the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, focusing on both mental health and substance use disorders.

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment for adult and adolescent patients.
• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy as appropriate to patient needs.
• Collaborate within a team‑based behavioral health environment that includes Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, LCSWs, LMHCs, Crisis Intervention specialists, Intensive Outreach programs, and Addiction Services (including a Suboxone clinic).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with clinical best practices.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Support continuity of care through collaboration with primary care physicians and specialty services within the organization.

• Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Licensure & Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Psychiatry; active/eligible for Florida medical license.
• Experience: Previous outpatient experience preferred; new graduates and residents are welcome to apply.
