** The Opportunity
** Embry-Riddle is seeking a dedicated and passionate Volleyball Coach to join our athletics team at the Daytona Beach Campus, competing in NCAA Division II within the Sunshine State Conference. This position will be responsible for all aspects of directing the volleyball program, including:
* Designing and implementing a strategy to recruit qualified student-athletes
* Designing practice plans and conducting practice sessions
* Preparing strategies for competition
* Providing support for the academic progress of student-athletes
* Developing and maintaining effective interactions with students and faculty/staff
* Comply with all NCAA, Sunshine State Conference and ERAU rules and regulations
* Provide leadership in community service and fundraising events for the program
* Fulfill additional administrative duties as assigned
* Active member of the ERAU Athletic Department and University outside of Women's Volleyball
