** This role is based at our Daytona Beach facility.
**** What you'll do
*** Inspect, evaluate, and repair returned products across multiple product lines.
* Coordinate product evaluations and collaborate with engineering teams for resolutions.
* Schedule and manage repair activities to meet customer deadlines.
* Build and test cable assemblies and terminations in-house.
* Maintain accurate documentation and enter data into ERP systems.
* Track and report department metrics to support continuous improvement.
* Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and management.
* Promote and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
** What you need
*** Strong attention to detail and organizational skills –

* ** Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively –

* ** Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools –

* ** Experience with hand tools and measuring equipment –

* ** Knowledge of electrical systems and testing devices –

* ** 5 years of manufacturing experience –

* ** 2-year technical degree or equivalent –

* ** Familiarity with lean practices like 5S –
