With a late-night food program, live DJs, dancing, and a stylish crowd of professionals, we come alive after dark. We’ve looked for a savvy and energetic Nightlife Hospitality Host who can handle a great range of tasks and not be afraid of working hard with us to enhance our program.

We are looking for an experienced nightlife host to help continue to build an elevated late-night experience for our guests. This position will require having connections in the industry, oversee DJ scheduling, curating themed nights, interacting with guests, engaging with social media, creating and implementing marketing and promotional strategies, monitoring competitors, collaborating with ownership about music selection, and guiding DJs to follow ownership’s visions.

This position is equal parts hospitality, entertainment coordination, nightlife ambassador, organization, vision, creativity, and attention to detail.

• Guest relations and development
• Guest experience and front door presence
• Attendance in venue and guest management
• DJ relations and scheduling
• DJ set evaluation, crowd response, and enhancement
• Collection of guest data (how they heard about us, where they’re from, what brought them in)
• Market research and competitive analysis
• Marketing and promotions
• Social media content creation and curation
• Social media collaboration with marketing manager and ownership

• 7+ years of experience in nightlife, hospitality, event coordination, and marketing
• Deep knowledge and passion for music, DJ culture, and nightlife trends
• Personable, confident, and highly approachable demeanor
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in high-energy, late-night environments
• Availability to work late nights and weekends
• Comfortable with collecting and analyzing guest feedback and competitive data
• Experience working with promoters, DJs, or entertainment booking
• Social media savvy
