• $100 per completed visit
• 1099 Independent Contractor

You choose when and how much you work. We provide the infrastructure to support you.

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Comfortable working independently in a mobile setting
• Self‑directed, accountable, and outcomes‑driven
• Passionate about advanced wound care and patient impact

You’ll provide specialty wound care using evidence‑based modalities, including:

• Low‑Frequency, Non‑Contact, Non‑Thermal Ultrasound (MIST Therapy)
• Selective debridement
• Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT)
• Advanced dressings, compression therapy, and prevention strategies

As part of our clinical team, you will:

• Improve healing outcomes for complex patients
• Bring specialty care directly to patients where they are
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams nationwide
• Educate patients and caregivers with confidence
• Represent a values‑driven organization committed to excellence
