• Communicate clearly and concisely with coworkers, patients, and physicians.
• Demonstrate and convey a favorable image of the Medical Center and cooperate in a team atmosphere.
• Work to stay up to date on referral orders to achieve the standard of care.
• Incorporate patient, physician, and customer needs into decision‑making and organizational actions.
• Answer phone calls promptly, assist patients with questions, and schedule procedures as needed.
• Maintain referral integrity, process all orders, and communicate with patients and providers.
• Check voicemail and faxes frequently, sort authorizations/denials, and ensure orders meet insurance requirements.
• Demonstrate a positive collaborative manner with team members and work well across department boundaries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)

Full time – Day shift (United States of America)
