We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Director / Community Relations Director to lead marketing, outreach, and referral development efforts for our nursing homes in the Daytonna area. This role focuses on building strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, community partners, residents, and families to support census growth and enhance our organization’s reputation in the community.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, and community relations
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of long-term care, skilled nursing, or post-acute services
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proficient with basic reporting, CRM tools, or spreadsheets
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally주의

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or related field
• Existing relationships with healthcare providers

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and community outreach strategies.
• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with Assisted Living Facilities ,and other healthcare partners
• Represent the facility at community events, networking functions, and healthcare meetings
• Collaborate with admissions, clinical, and leadership teams to ensure smooth referral and intake processes
• Track referrals, leads, and conversion data and provide regular reports to leadership
• Manage marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content
• Maintain a positive public image of the facility and address community or family concerns as needed
• Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and local healthcare dynamics
