As an Occupational Therapist (OTA) at Indigo Manor Nursing and Rehab, you will play a vital role in helping our patients regain independence, confidence, and overall well-being. Our team-oriented approach ensures that every patient receives the highest level of care and attention to meet their unique needs.

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patients' specific goals and needs
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient care

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient-centered goals
• Provide therapy sessions, including but not limited to:
  • Range of motion and strengthening exercises
  • Balance and coordination training
  • Cognitive stimulation and memory exercises
  • Adaptive equipment training and education
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress
• Participate in and lead department meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) or related field
• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
