Overview
The HR Business Partner role at Enpro Inc. (Technetics-Semi Division) is responsible for the day-to-day human resource duties. This role covers all aspects of HR including employee relations, talent acquisition, training and development, policy and procedure alignment, compensation and payroll topics, performance management, and compliance with state and federal laws. The role contributes at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate a culture focused on safety, respect, and business excellence.
The ideal candidate will be a thought partner, coach, and collaborator to bring creative and effective ideas and solutions to the organization.

Responsibilities- Serves as HR operational support to Daytona's Leadership team and employees on human resources related issues.
- Partners with management to analyze trends, metrics and develop solutions, programs and policies to keep the organization moving forward.
- Designs and delivers targeted solutions with a focus on business expansion and optimization, including strategic planning, talent acquisition and management, development, change management and employee relations.
- Provides strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization.
- Acts as primary contact for payroll and leave of absence processing and related issues.
- Proactively assesses team, manager, and organizational development needs, makes recommendations, and implements solutions.
- Analyzes trends, market data, and metrics to propose solutions based on business needs.
- Drives talent management strategies to support team growth and individual development plans.
- Analyzes training needs and partners with the broader HR team in program development.
- Assists with managing employee events and recognition activities.
- Partners closely with other HR partners within the AST segments and Enpro on overall HR strategy and execution.
- Works closely with leadership teams to support employee relations issues.
- Participates and leads projects as an integral member of the extended HR team.

- Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Management, I/O Psychology, or related field. PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred. - Minimum Experience:
3+ years of HR Business Partner or equivalent experience.
- Judgment in assessing risk relative to the business; strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Empathy and experience driving inclusion work.
- Project management and change management experience.
- Adaptability in a changing environment and ability to cultivate cross-team relationships.
- Data-driven with ability to identify trends and drive action.
- Experience in global or matrixed organizations; experience with unions a plus.
- Coaching and facilitation skills; ability to develop development plans for individuals and teams.
