Job Description

Develops and implements leadership development programs to enhance the skills and competencies of leaders. Collaborates with senior leaders and HR teams to identify leadership development needs and create tailored training solutions. Designs and delivers onboarding programs for new employees and leaders to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the organization. Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of leadership development and onboarding programs, making adjustments as needed.

Provides coaching and mentoring to leaders to support their professional growth and development. Partners with external vendors and consultants to bring in additional expertise and resources for leadership development initiatives. Manages the budget and resources allocated for leadership development and onboarding programs. Tracks and reports on the progress and outcomes of leadership development and onboarding initiatives. Ensures compliance with organizational policies and industry standards in all training and development activities.

Facilitates workshops, seminars, and training sessions for leaders and new employees. Develops and maintains training materials, resources, and tools to support leadership development and onboarding efforts. Other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor's (Required), Master'sCertified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) - Accredited Issuing Body, Professional in Human Resources (PHR) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
