CENCO Claims is looking for a dependable and experienced Property Claims Adjuster to manage daily residential and commercial claims in the Daytona Beach, FL area. This field-based position offers consistent assignments, flexible scheduling, and responsive support from our internal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site property inspections to assess damages

• Prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate software

• Take thorough photo documentation and provide clear, organized reports

• Maintain communication with policyholders and carriers throughout the claims process

• Submit complete, timely, and accurate claim files

Requirements:

• Skilled in Xactimate

• Solid knowledge of property damage and construction practices

• Strong time management and communication skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Florida or designated home state adjuster license

• Preferred: 2+ years of field experience in property claims adjusting
