Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee daily office operations in our South Daytona, FL branch. The Branch Manager will also ensure quality service delivery to all of our clients. This is an ideal role for individuals with experience providing leadership in a healthcare setting. Work hours for this role are normally Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM but may vary to support business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and administer all services and office operations with the service areas.
  • Implement and interpret service and operations policies, and ensure compliance within state/federal/local and company guidelines.
  • Interpret and monitor compliance of EVV operations.
  • Perform monthly service calls to approximately 10% of clients to ensure workers are performing to standard and that clients are fully satisfied with services.
  • Calculate weekly case counts and enter into tracking system.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators and adjust for meeting company guidelines.
  • Track and review Branch’s financials to attain profitability.
  • Set weekly goals for staffing, recruitment, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with Area Director to set performance standards.
  • Maintain liaison with local contracting entity with regard to services and operations.
  • Supervise the implementation of trainings in accordance with company/service guidelines, and oversee training of Staffing Supervisors.
  • Maintain and develop positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff.
  • Participate in community activities to promote the organization and to build goodwill.
  • Advertise, market, and promote growth campaigns to offer services to local AAA, hospitals, and discharge planners.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education And Experience
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent industry experience required (e.g., at least three years of experience in social service administration or in provision of in-home services to the elderly and/or disabled). Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Possess a demonstrated ability to organize, administer, and evaluate on‑going services in a multi‑phased operation.
  • Strong working knowledge of all program rules, procedures, and standard company rules and procedures.
  • Previous experience in management.

Physical Requirements
  • Sedentary – ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
