Branch Operations Manager

Reece USA is looking for a Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily branch operations and drive performance and profitability. The role reports to the regional manager and is based in Daytona Beach, FL.

Manage the branch team to achieve company vision and business objectives, communicating strategy and inspiring a high‑performance culture.

• Drive operational excellence by ensuring standards and systems are met.
• Maintain inventory and fixed assets.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a hazard‑free workplace.
• Document work‑related injuries and illnesses.
• Build a high‑performing team through recruitment, coaching, and development.
• Maintain performance reviews and recognize top performers.
• Develop and manage the branch budget, monitor financial reports and ensure compliance with regional and corporate goals.
• Achieve EBITDA and ROI metrics and drive profitability.
• Lead business planning, budget development, and collaborative strategy execution.
• Promote customer focus, manage complaints, and cooperate on territory configuration.
• Maintain a positive working environment, hold staff meetings, collaborate cross‑functionally, and report to senior leadership.
• Use Microsoft Office and other tools to analyze reports and present results.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven record of leadership.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
