• Lead and develop a high‑performing team – cultivate a guest‑first culture, mentor shift managers, empower teams, foster open communication.
• Support operational excellence – execute store‑level strategies, monitor inventory, drive promotional execution, maintain brand standards.
• Champion food safety and compliance – conduct regular food quality checks, enforce safety regulations, maintain documentation.
• Drive results through collaboration – analyze reports, improve store performance, support team scheduling, provide performance feedback.

• 3‑5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership
• 1+ year of management experience preferred
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience in high‑volume, guest‑focused environments
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales

• High School Diploma or GED, in progress or completed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed
• Willing to obtain and maintain food handler and alcohol server permits (if required)
