The Senior Production Manager oversees and directs our production center to ensure products are manufactured and delivered safely, on time, within budget, to high quality standards. Key responsibilities include creating production schedules, managing resources (materials, equipment), managing inventory, implementing process improvements, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), mentoring subordinate managers and staff. The Senior Production Manager reports directly to the Executive Team.

• Lead production operations, ensuring daily, weekly, and long-term production goals are met.
• Develop and implement production schedules and plans, and contribute to strategic operational planning.
• Manage inventory, allocate resources such as materials and personnel, and oversee equipment maintenance and purchasing.
• Ensure all production activities adhere to strict health, safety, and environmental compliance standards.
• Identify areas for process enhancement, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements, implementing new methods or technologies.
• Mentor, train, and develop production supervisors and team leads, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Work with other departments, such as Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support, to ensure smooth operations and meet organizational objectives.
• Monitor production performance, analyze metrics, and resolve escalated issues from operations.
