Position Summary
The Screen Printer, or as we call them, Press Lead, is someone who has attention to detail, takes initiative, and enjoys the art of screen printing overall. The individual in this role thrives on perfection, problem‑solving, and leading by example. This person is responsible for making decisions that yield the best results. Culture Studio takes pride in the quality of every print it produces.
Due to our drive for perfection, we also provide top‑of‑the‑line equipment and supplies that the press lead and team are responsible for upkeep. Every unit the press lead produces provides our clients and their fans a memory, whether it’s a concert purchase, retail must‑have, or a cool t‑shirt to add to the collection. It’s essential to have that at the top of mind and let your dedication & drive do the talking.

POSITION DUTIES
- Practice and enforce safety training topics while operating or using machinery.
- One will be expected to load, unload, and register all jobs per day.
- Ensure every order is printed correctly and on time, every time.
- Communicate effectively with Team members to obtain job status and quality of work while maintaining production goals.
- It is essential to ensure the workstation is clean and organized every day.
- Clean and grease the press according to maintenance logs.
Qualifications/Skills
- Comfortable with technology – Light–Moderate computer skills
- Dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers
- Strong Interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of management
- Impeccable Attention to detail
- Possess a “Get things done” attitude
- Previous screen print knowledge or experience is highly preferred
- Able to be flexible in altering positions due to workflow needs
- Able to be flexible for overtime, sign up for extra hours requested throughout the week or on weekends
- Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
