Job Summary- Create and manage production schedules to meet customer demand.
- Release and track shop orders, ensuring materials and documentation are ready.
- Monitor progress and resolve issues quickly to keep production on track.
- Update ERP systems with accurate status and maintain data integrity.
- Work with supply chain to prevent material shortages and keep inventory flowing.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and project teams to solve problems.
- Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Experience in production scheduling or manufacturing coordination.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (IFS experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
