Quality Control Belt Catcher

Position Summary

This position requires Quality control on all printed items coming off the printing belt. Performing quality checks is essential for upholding Culture Studio’s quality printing services. This individual will be trained on organizing orders, as well as how to read tickets and prepare orders for the next step.(example: completion of order or fulfillment services needed before completion) Culture Studio stands by its commitment to quality control and organization, ensuring that every client receives their order with the correct imprints and is ready for sale.

The Belt Catcher position is a crucial part of our quality control. Every item printed is essential and must be accounted for.

• Responsible for every shirt stacked & the quality of every shirt off your belt.
• Responsible for counting on every size and the final count of each job, confirming with the order.
• Accountable for proper stacking and movement of carts and totes.
• Responsible for all paperwork being filled out completely and correctly.
• The belt catcher is in charge of being knowledgeable in the order coming off the belt.
• Responsible for upholding all safety procedures at all times.
• Make necessary adjustments to any Defects that can be fixed and up to standard.
• Clear & respectful communication with team members if an issue arises during production.
• Keeping your area clean and organized.
• Responsible for preparing garments to be printed when in between press set-ups and takedowns, ensuring the following order is correct and complete.
• Pull TOP samples (If applicable), ensure a sample is at every belt prior to operators running, and ensure the sample is stored back in place.

• Previous Screen Printing experience preferred but not required
• Previous Quality Control experience is a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent
