Their expertise in uncovering customer needs and passion to educate, demonstrate and recommend device and service solutions sets the store's tone.

• Demonstrate how to help customers pick up where they left off in the shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing all store functions—including sales, inventory, and new program implementation.
• Sell personalized solutions beyond the basic device and service plan, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Maintain the store at its best.
• Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty and empathy.
• Become proficient in digital tools that enhance interactions, such as demonstrating LTE coverage, explaining plans and services, device and account troubleshooting.
• Complete trainings on in‑store experience, new skills and processes, and knowledge of systems.
• Build relationships with employees across channels, collectively owning the customer experience, resolving issues, identifying and handing off small‑business leads, and fostering strong peer relationships.

• Leadership experience.

• Excellent communication skills with team and customers.
• Prior wireless sales experience.

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Full‑time availability (45 hours)
