• Ensuring high-quality products are fresh, ready, and available in the café
• Ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products
• Packing ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays
• Preparing and serving ready-to-eat food
• Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area

  Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams; educates other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates effectively with team members; and remains flexible to business needs.

  Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future and seasonal production; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; understands product and layout execution.
• Be a Techie:
  Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates; uses handheld technology for production, ordering, receiving club pickup orders, training, and ensuring product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.
• Be an Owner:
  Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; maintains quality and date control; reduces waste; provides member service by acknowledging needs and assisting with purchasing decisions; handles payments and locating merchandise; resolves member issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Acts as a brand advocate; supports training and development in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented way.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; uses Open Door Policy and applies these in business processes.
• Completes work by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; sets priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicates progress and information; identifies improvement opportunities and adapts to change and feedback.
