Position SummaryAs a retail Sales and Service Technician (SST), you will serve customers by assessing needs, recommending products or services, performing entry‑level vehicle services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through thorough and timely completion of services. You will learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front– and back‑end tasks.
Pay Range: $13.95 – $20.88 per hour
Responsibilities- Customer service, sales, and customer issue resolution – 75%.
- Basic vehicle service tasks (oil change, tire service, fluid checks) – 25%.
- Store operations (opening/closing, inventory, displays) – as needed.
- May assist Manager or act as Manager‑On‑Duty in certain circumstances to support development.
- Learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front‑ and back‑shop tasks.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid automobile driver’s license.
- Customer service focus and career growth mindset.
- Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
- Ability to learn and operate store systems.
- Two‑year degree or non‑traditional education/certification showing growth mindset.
- Previous consumer retail sales experience.
- Previous automotive experience (plus).
- Previous management or supervisory experience (plus).
- Medical, Dental, and Vision – starting day 1.
