Product Demonstrator Part Time - 8138 at Product Connections
OverviewAs an Associate, you will perform in‑store food and non‑food demonstrations, acquiring and maintaining product knowledge, preparing and serving samples, and maintaining a professional appearance.
Pay Rate$15.00 per hour.
HoursThis part‑time schedule does not exceed 25 hours per week. The company reserves discretion to adjust the role as needed.
Responsibilities- Proactively intercept, engage, and interact with consumers to promote product.
- Communicate product features and benefits effectively.
- Prepare and serve food samples using designated appliances.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, safe workstation using cleaning chemicals.
- Maintain a professional appearance per job standards.
- Set up and prepare the event table for execution.
- Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
- Assist with client visit preparation and audit corrections.
- Build rapport with store personnel to meet company objectives.
- Complete expense reports per company policy.
- Accurately submit all online requirements on the same day as event execution.
- Use computer and mobile devices, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Adobe PDF forms.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; one to three months related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in personal computer/mobile device applications and internal systems.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Local food handlers permit may be required.
Physical DemandsThe associate will be regularly required to stand, walk, reach overhead up to 65 inches, use hands and fingers to handle tasks, talk and hear, see instructions, stoop, kneel, squat, climb ladders, balance, lift and carry up to 25 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds), and push or pull a fully laden demonstration cart. Prepare foods and beverages using cooking utensils, knives, convection oven, coffee maker, electric fryer, microwaves;
be in contact with cleaning supplies.

Work EnvironmentRetail store environment with limited travel.
Physical AppearanceProfessional appearance and proper grooming required. Dress code details are provided in training documents.
Language SkillsEnglish is primary; bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
