Compensation

Earn between $17-$19 per hour plus uncapped commission. This position is classified as modified full‑time, ranging 30–39 hours per week (average 35 hours).

• Brand Ambassador – Maintain a welcoming store environment and reflect our core value of happy employees making happy customers.
• Relationship Builder – Build relationships with guests, team members, and field leadership through active listening and solution‑finding.
• Product and Services Enthusiast – Receive training on products and services and translate technology into real‑world conversations.
• Account Management – Set and manage guest appointments, investigate and resolve account issues, and maintain accurate documentation.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Positive attitude and customer‑centric approach.
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in retail; wireless industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with POS systems and accurate transaction handling.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Schedule and Attendance:
  • Flexibility, including weekends.
  • Store open 6–7 days a week; typical hours 9:00 am–6:00 pm.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, walk, stand, and move items for 6–8 hours.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment.

• Minimum Salary: $36,750 – Maximum Salary: $46,200 (based on national data and location).
