The Sales Lead will fully immerse themselves in our brand, culture, and product, taking immense pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role provides support to the Managers and Sales Associates, instrumental to the delivery of our success in‑store.

• At least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating a sense of care.
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all levels of the organization.
• Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking, delivering positive results.
• Excellent time‑management skills with the ability to set and adjust priorities and delegate tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365) and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
• Minimum 18 years of age and ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; endurance for standing extended periods and lifting 50 + pounds.
