Summary
The Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized, inspiring shopping experience while helping achieve sales goals. This customer-focused role supports store initiatives, builds clientele, and represents the brand's values.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales by keeping customers at the center of decisions and supporting daily business goals.
- Engage customers and build clientele through in-store and alternative shopping experiences.
- Support team training, company initiatives, and new shopping technologies.
- Maintain sales floor and store standards and share feedback on customer needs and opportunities.
Requirements
- Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
- Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
- Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and occasional overnight shifts.
