The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional lifestyle experiences through personalized customer service, product knowledge, and styling recommendations. The role builds client relationships, drives individual sales performance, and supports the store team.
Responsibilities- Understand customer needs and provide thoughtful product and styling recommendations.
- Grow personal business through outreach, clienteling, and digital tools.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting team objectives.
- Coach colleagues in customer-centric behaviors and relationship building.
- Maintain visual standards, contribute to store initiatives, and prioritize the customer experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support talent sourcing and team training.
- Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to use digital sales tools and operate a register.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
- Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
