• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, following site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem‑solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings according to established protocols.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter unwanted behavior and provide reassurance to staff and visitors.
• Follow all procedures related to access control, visitor management, and asset protection as required at the location.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed during incidents.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on all incidents, observations, and activities during each shift.
• Adhere to all Allied Universal policies and procedures, including those specific to armed patrol operations at financial institution locations.

• At least 1 year of security‑related experience.
• An armed guard card or license.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required.
• Drug screen required as permitted by law.
• Participation in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
