- Assist in the installation and setup of audio and video equipment, including speakers, televisions, projectors, cameras, and smart home systems.
- Support the testing and troubleshooting of audio and video systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Learn to operate various AV equipment and familiarize yourself with different brands and technologies.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide seamless integration of audio and video components in clients' homes.
- Participate in routine maintenance and updates of home audio and video systems.
- Help maintain inventory and organize equipment storage areas and vehicles.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Follow safety protocols and best practices when handling and installing equipment in residential environments.
- Acquire and maintain the required tools as specified in the company’s required tool list.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs, comfortable in attic spaces and on ladders, and have basic tool knowledge.
