Job Type: Full-time

The preferred work schedule for this position 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with weekends required.

• Inspect and maintain the docks, piers, dock lighting, security systems and other marine structures.
• Conduct preventive maintenance.
• Assist groundskeepers with overall curb appeal of the property.
• Respond promptly to service calls and emergency repairs as needed.

• Assist boat owners with docking, launching, and mooring their vessels.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of marina facilities and equipment.
• Assist in emergency response procedures, including fire safety and first aid.

• Experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field.
• Knowledge of boat handling techniques and marina operations, preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools for mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
