Devereux florida provides intervention services to families in crisis referred by the department of children and families, preventing children from entering the foster care system and supporting parents who otherwise have no guidance.

salary: starts at $18.67–$21.83 per hour; $1,000 sign‑on bonus.
schedule: full time; flexible schedule; not a 9‑5 position.
location: daytona, fl; field‑based services throughout volusia county.

- experience: 1+ years working with at‑risk children and families, child welfare, case management, social work, or related direct support (required)
- valid, unrestricted driver’s license
- ability to complete a 3‑day new‑hire orientation class via msteams (9:00 am–5:00 pm each day)
- flexibility to train or provide coverage at additional family builders locations (deland, daytona beach, palatka)
- successfully pass pre‑employment medical screenings (drug test and tb test)
