As a Fitness Engagement Specialist, you are responsible for developing, implementing, and managing fitness programs and overall Fitness Center Guidelines that promote employee and family health and well-being. Responsible to design initiatives and programs that encourage participation, improving overall family wellness, and ensuring the smooth operation of fitness-related activities within Belmark. All activities and engagements must align and promote Belmark’s culture.

Responsible for basic facility maintenance, cleanliness, and operation, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all participants. As part of our Human Resources Department, we strengthen our culture through support and care for our biggest asset: our people. Our team’s work environment is fast paced, but our tight-knit HR team thrives through team work and collaboration.

• Design, implement, and manage fitness programs, including group classes, wellness challenges and special fitness events.
• Greet and welcome fitness center visitors and provide guidance to the usage and offerings of the facility.
• Develop strategies to increase employee participation in fitness initiatives, ensuring programs meet diverse needs and interests.
• Monitor, track and analyze program participation and effectiveness, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvements based on data.
