UI​/UX Art Director

You’re a visionary Art Director with a passion for user-centered design and a sharp eye for detail. You’ll lead the creative direction for UI/UX projects, applying designs grounded in user behavior insights to create interfaces that not only look stunning but also drive engagement. Your expertise will shape meaningful user experiences across digital platforms, from websites to mobile apps, ensuring every design is purposeful, intuitive, and aligned with business objectives.

Leading projects from concept to execution, you’ll craft designs that resonate with users and meet both their needs and the goals of the business.

• Lead UI/UX Design Strategy As the primary designer for UI/UX projects, you’ll use your knowledge of user journeys, flow, and psychology to craft intuitive designs that engage users and deliver results across platforms.
• Develop Wireframes and Prototypes You’ll design detailed wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and interactive elements to visualize the user experience and ensure seamless functionality across digital platforms.
• Drive User-Centered Design Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to incorporate user feedback, ensuring that designs align with user goals and business objectives. You’ll keep users at the center of the design process while staying on top of industry trends and best practices.
• Create Cohesive Visual Narratives You’ll conceptualize compelling visual stories across all marketing channels, including websites, mobile apps, and branding, maintaining consistency while introducing fresh, creative perspectives.
• Mentor and Inspire the Team As a leader, you’ll guide and mentor other designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation that pushes the boundaries of design and improves team performance.
• Ensure Quality and Consistency Maintain brand consistency across all projects and deliverables, balancing aesthetics with usability to create designs that meet the highest standards of quality.
• Collaborate with Developers and Stakeholders Work closely with developers to ensure your designs are implemented accurately and effectively. Communicate your vision to clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and enthusiasm throughout the process.

• A Strong Portfolio You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to design seamless, engaging user experiences. You’re an expert in wire framing, prototyping, and crafting responsive designs across web and mobile platforms.
• Strategic Thinking You’re not just a designer—you’re a problem solver who can align creative design solutions with broader business objectives and user needs.
• Collaboration Skills While you're the driving force behind your designs, you’re also an excellent communicator and collaborator. You thrive in cross‑functional teams, working closely with developers, account executives, and other stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life.
• Proficiency in Design Tools You’re an expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or other relevant design tools. You have experience creating and implementing design systems to maintain consistency across digital platforms.
• User-Centered Focus You’re dedicated to creating designs that prioritize the user experience. You’ll lead user research, create personas, and map out user journeys, always focusing on crafting solutions that enhance usability and encourage engagement.
• Mentorship and Leadership You have a passion for mentoring and inspiring designers, guiding them in building their skills and pushing the boundaries of their creativity while maintaining alignment with the overall design strategy.
