Behavioral Care Therapist – East De Pere

Location: De Pere, Wisconsin, United States

• Collaborate with all Prevea providers to manage patients or families regarding prevention, early identification, and treatment of mental or emotional problems.
• Assess and manage patients referred to behavioral Care to facilitate access to appropriate services.
• Provide ongoing direct psychotherapy and family therapy.
• Involvement in education and consultation programs for the community and Prevea employees.
• Participation in the development and implementation of programming.

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Psychiatric Nursing, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field. Required.

• Experience working with low-income clients. Required.

• Knowledge of community resources.

• WI licensed as a psychologist, clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist, professional counselor, or psychiatric nurse. Upon Hire Required.
• Medicaid outpatient certification Upon Hire Required.
• CPS/BLS Certification Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers from approved program or Prevea sponsored program. Upon Hire Required.
