. In this role, you’ll support key HR functions, promote employee engagement, and help align HR practices with business goals.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
- Administer benefits and respond to HR inquiries.
- Support performance management and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years of HR experience.
- MUST HAVE MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE
