Our owner is a licensed attorney and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who guides his clients through their legal situation with thoughtful counsel and sound advice based on over a decade of experience.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Attorney to join our team at our De Pere location. A successful candidate will work closely with the staff at Brehmer Law on a variety of legal matters, gaining experience and skills across practice areas. Preferred (but not required) practice areas are:
Estate Planning, Business Law, Real Estate or Employment Law. As a vital member of our firm, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive legal representation to our diverse clientele and become an active and engaged member of our communities.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
  • Draft legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Represent clients effectively and advocate on their behalf.
  • Collaborate closely with the staff at Brehmer Law to develop strategies and favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Communicate professionally and confidently with clients, colleagues and opposing counsel to ensure effective case management and resolution.
  • Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients, guiding them through complex legal matters and helping them make informed decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Wisconsin State Bar and in good standing.
  • 2-3 years minimum experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Sound judgment and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a part of a team.
