FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
Bon Appétit Management Company invites you to apply as a Front of House Lead Supervisor (Full Time). This role will oversee daily front‑of‑house operations at Mulva Cultural Center, 221 South Broadway, De Pere, WI 54115 (online applications only). Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Schedule
:
Full‑time weekdays Wed‑Sun (hours vary; details provided during interview).
Pay
: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Monitor food service production to ensure quality and efficient service.
- Maintain inventory, reduce waste, and manage stock levels.
- Ensure staff adheres to service standards and operations remain clean and organized.
- Confirm marketing signage is current and appropriate.
- Uphold company policies and compliance with client expectations.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
:
- Previous front‑of‑house leadership experience.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
