Description
To assemble components for commercial and residential construction, according to established guidelines. Maintain company quality standards. Full time and Part time shifts, with flexible hours. First and second shift positions, with shift premiums. Equal Opportunity employer.
Duties and Responsibilities

* Follow technical instructions, Interpret designer drawings and technical terms.

* Maintain the motorized and non-motorized tools used to create products.

* Keep a clean and well-maintained work area.

* Recognize parts and materials used in production.

* Must be capable of handling Wisconsin weather where it can be
-10 one day and 70 the next day.

* Inspect finished products for flaws and defects.

* Understands and observes all safety procedures and practices in order to prevent injury to self or co-workers: attends periodic safety meetings as required.

* Respond attentively to training from foreman, or more senior handlers in order to increase own knowledge of work processes.

Requirements

* Must be able to perform the job successfully, and perform each essential duty as necessary.

* High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED). This is an entry level position where employees will receive on the job training.

* Must wear and maintain all company provided, and non-company provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

* Must be self-motivated with good time management skills.
