- 2nd shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday – Friday (plus overtime as needed)
- Regular pay: $40–$50+/hour
If you are a certified electrician. - Pay based on experience
- $2.00/hour shift differential for 2nd shift
- Perform preventative maintenance on a variety of foundry equipment.
- Troubleshoot problems as they arise and complete long‑term projects.
- Maintain and repair existing electrical infrastructure using drawings and blueprints.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Respond to requests from the Facilities Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor, setting priorities as needed to maximize equipment uptime.
- Ensure machine uptime on overhead cranes, sand mixers, conveyors, and other foundry equipment.
- Tendency to follow set instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong record in safety, quality, and dependability
- Technical certificate/diploma or journeyman certification preferred
- At least three years of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and overall machine troubleshooting experience
- Excellent communication with all functional departments within the company and outside vendors/contractors
- Strong understanding of preventative maintenance procedures and associated documentation
- Previous leadership experience
