Description
The Printing Press Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our Offset Lithographic Sheet-Fed Printing Presses
. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality printed materials.

, and all tasks must be performed in compliance with established safety procedures and standards.
- Operate and maintain Offset Lithographic Sheet-Fed Printing Presses.
- Perform on-press make-readies, including setup and adjustments for each job.
- Troubleshoot press issues and make necessary mechanical adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively with the Printing Press Feeder and other team members.
- Follow detailed work instructions and job specifications to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain press cleanliness and perform routine maintenance as required.
- Ensure all printed products meet quality and color standards.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Knowledge and experience with Offset printing and Lithographic Printing Presses required.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for job tracking and press operations.
- Ability to differentiate colors accurately.
- Willingness to work 3rd shift (10 PM - 6 AM), including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Training would be 120 days on 1st shift Monday - Friday 6am- 2pm
