Base pay range

$33,280.00/yr - $42,432.00/yr

Catch, insert and pack finished products coming off the presses. Review final product performing a series of quality checks before loading in to trays or bins. Perform finishing make ready tasks prior to start-ups. Assist with machine make ready and clean up as needed. Operate the Segbert. Follow postal guidelines when packing direct mail orders and completing skid tags.

• Inspect product for quality defects and correct errors as they occur
• Pack, band, and/or sort product into batches, packets and pallets
• Count trays on pallet and compare with shipping documents to ensure correct count/weight.
• Document progress and issues/resolutions to ensure proper reporting across departments/shifts
• Other duties as assigned
• Responsible for training and supporting new and existing team members.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs. continuously.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Read a standard ruler.
• Visually identify and inspect detailed product for defects.
• Stand for sustained periods of time.
• Coordinate hand and foot movements to operate staple machine.
• Train on 1st Shift.
