• Precision Machining: Operate state-of-the‑art Mazak VMC, HMC, and 5‑axis machines to produce high‑tolerance parts.
• Programming Expertise: Develop and optimize CNC programs using G‑code or CAM software.
• Setup and Optimization: Set up and adjust machine tools, fixtures, and tooling to maximize efficiency.

  Inspect parts using precise measuring instruments to ensure they meet stringent quality standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve processes and reduce costs.
• Safety First: Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on CNC machining experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and machining processes.
• Skilled Operator: Proficiency in operating CNC machines, setting up tools, and using measuring instruments.
• Problem‑Solver: Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and implement effective solutions.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Detail‑Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality.

• Pay: $20.00–$35.00 per hour.
• Hours: Monday–Thursday, 5 AM to 3 PM or 6 AM to 4 PM;
  Friday, 5 AM to 10 AM or 6 AM to 11 AM with paid breaks.
