Your expertise in programming and machine optimization will directly impact our production output and ensure that every part meets rigorous quality benchmarks.
Responsibilities- Execute complex CNC lathe setups and program adjustments to optimize cycle times and part consistency.
- Interpret intricate engineering blueprints to ensure precise execution of machining sequences.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process bottlenecks and implementing efficient work-holding solutions.
- Perform proactive equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize machine availability.
- Validate component integrity using advanced metrology tools to guarantee compliance with customer specifications.
- Foster a culture of safety and operational excellence by maintaining a high-standard, organized workspace.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated proficiency in CNC lathe operation and G-Code programming.
- Strong command of precision measuring instruments including micrometers and calipers.
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and geometric dimensioning.
- Technical certification or degree in CNC Machining or related manufacturing technology.
- Hands-on experience with 2-4 axis turning centers, such as Doosan or similar platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of CNC machine setup and rapid changeover techniques.
