We have full-time forklift operator job opportunities earning $26.03 hour and after 60 days with the certification pay earning $27.73/hour. The full-time job opportunity is working at our distribution center in De Pere, WI. We are looking for someone who can work Monday
- Friday 2pm-10pm, some overtime and weekends required. We are also looking for someone who can work Sunday
- Thursday, 10pm - 6am, some overtime and weekends required.

Manufacturing & Operations

Plant Production

• Operation of Forklift in a safe manner
• Reads customer order, shipping order, or requisitions to determine products to be moved, gathered, or distributed
• Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas by hand or by electric forklift.
• Sorts and places products on racks or shelves according to predetermined sequence, size, or product code. Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets and conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.
• Adhere to food safety and partner safety policies and practices
• Work both individually and as a team member

• Computer literacy
• Effective verbal and written skills
• Previous forklift operating preferred, but not required
• Other relevant work experience preferred, but not required

• We are flexible to the number of hours and shift that the part-time forklift operator works.
• Starting rate is $26.03/hour and after 60 days with certification pay the rate is $27.73/hour.
• Overtime is paid after working 8 hours in a day.
• Shift premium is after 2 months of employment. 2pm - 10pm is an additional $0.50/hour. 10pm-2am is an additional $1.50/hour

• Ability to lift 51 pounds
• Must be able to operate a forklift safely
• Must be able to have repetitive lifting and bending
