Do you enjoy working hands-on utilizing some of the best technology in the printing and packaging industry? Does accepting daily challenges and exceeding goals resonate with you? Belmark is seeking a Web-to-Print® Pouch Operator Trainee to be trained to set up and safely operate a pouch machine to efficiently produce quality product. Trainees must demonstrate proficiency in equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality standards before advancing to Web-to-Print Pouch Operator.

Schedule:

• 2nd shift hours are from 2:00 p.m.
  
  - 12:00 a.m. (midnight), Monday - Thursday

Pay:

• $21 - $23 per Hour. The hourly rate for this position is determined by the level of the role, relevant experience, and may incorporate shift differentials, ensuring fair compensation that reflects both expertise and responsibilities entailed.
• The shift differential for 2nd shift is $1.00 more per hour

What will I do in this role?

• Responsible to follow all safety procedures as required by the role, and to nurture a food safety culture by adhering to all Safe Quality Foods requirements.
• Complete all training needed to fully operate a pouch machine according to company safety and quality standards.
• Assist with set up and operation of a pouch machine.
• Attention to detail and ensure quality attributes are met during the production run.
• Packing pouches per the customer pack configuration.
• Perform quality checks and making machine adjustment as necessary.
• Issue raw materials and final case/pallet count paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to effectively utilize (writing, speaking, reading) the English language.
• Regular attendance is required. May be required to work some overtime.
