Schedule:

Full-time; days and hours may vary. Evenings and weekends required. More details provided at interview.

• Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery by using correct portioning, ensuring food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty. Taste all prepared items.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness; store or discard excess food per safe handling procedures.
• Keep refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized; store food and supplies per standards.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assist in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
• Assist in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
• Report maintenance needs, faulty equipment or accidents to the supervisor promptly.
• Attend in-service and safety meetings; maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators and managers.
• Follow HACCP standards and ensure proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including use of protective gear and safe handling practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous cooking experience required.
