Business Development Associate
Join DeLeers Construction, Inc. as a Business Development Associate and help grow our sales team. DeLeers is a leading design‑build general contractor specializing in commercial properties and high‑end residential homes.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and build relationships with new business clients.
- Advise customers on building design, layout, and services.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and in‑house pre‑construction and estimation teams.
- Coordinate project agreements and manage a longer sales process that may span several months.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business.
- 5+ years of experience selling commercial construction design/build services.
- Prior commercial construction project management experience.
- Experience selling commercial construction services.
- Hands‑on construction trade experience (e.g., carpenter) preferred, but not required.
- Hunter mentality with the drive to seek out new business.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

- Uncapped earning potential after 12‑24 months on commission.
