How You Will Make an Impact- Manage assigned books of business, guiding internal resources, and delegating tasks effectively under experienced leadership.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding insurance policies, coverages, claims, and billing inquiries.
- Spearhead the renewal process, lead marketing efforts, and secure new business placements, supported by Client Executives.
- Cultivate strong, long‑term relationships with clients and carriers alike, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Grow your expertise in insurance policies, coverage, and industry trends through continuous learning and development opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, minimum two years of experience in an insurance agency specializing in property and, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Property and Casualty insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire.
- Demonstrated proficiency in professional verbal and written communication.
- Knowledgeable about insurance products, markets, sales processes, and workflow procedures.
- Team player mentality, delegating effectively and fostering trust among colleagues.
- Proficiency in technical skills, including Microsoft Office suite and agency management systems (e.g., EPIC).
