Tytlers Cycle is seeking a driven, customer-focused Motorcycle Sales Specialist to join our team in De Pere, Wisconsin. This role combines motorcycle sales with customer-friendly financing and protection solutions while delivering an exceptional purchase experience. • Engage customers to understand their riding needs and experience level
• Recommend motorcycles, accessories, and protection products that fit the customer’s lifestyle and budget
• Guide customers through test rides and purchase decisions
• Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals

• Present clear, easy-to-understand financing and extended warranty options
• Assist customers in selecting financing solutions that meet their needs
• Ensure all sales and finance documentation is completed accurately and professionally
• Follow dealership policies and all applicable compliance requirements

• Maintain product knowledge of current inventory, models, and promotions
• Collaborate effectively with sales and management teams
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings

• Prior sales experience preferred (automotive, powersports, or retail a plus)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work toward performance-based goals in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail

• Weekend availability required
